SCD 2015 Schedule


TRANSPORTATION FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL

For those of you who are flying to Indianapolis we are providing complimentary bus transportation at the times listed below.  If you are arriving at a different time you are responsible for your own travel to the hotel.   (the schedule is also on the SCD APP under Transportation)

From the Airport to the Sheraton:

Wednesday, August 12:  5:00 pm   6:30 pm   8:00 pm

Thursday, August 13:  9:00 am  11:00 am  12:00 pm   1:00 pm   2:00 pm

From the the Sheraton to the Airport:

Saturday, August 15 - 1:00 pm   3:30 pm   5:30 pm

Sunday, August 16 - 10:00 am  11:00 am


How to Find the Bus
Above and Beyond Limo vehicles will provide our transportation. Please follow the directions as follows:

Passengers traveling with luggage:

Upon arrival at the airport, the guest must first go down the escalator or elevators to the Arrivals Level (baggage claim) to collect their luggage. A Driver with Above & Beyond will be there to meet you with a sign board. The sign board will display SCD 2015. If you not see your driver, after procuring your luggage, please call the office number listed below. The driver will assist you with procuring their luggage, and escort you across the walkway to the enclosed Ground Transportation Center located on the first floor of the parking garage, to our waiting vehicle.

Registration will be on the second floor of the Sheraton outside the main ballroom. 

Breakfast
-- The hotel is providing one voucher per room.  So if you have more than one person in your room, you will need to purchase a voucher from the sales office (be sure to do so the day before) for $10.00 plus tax.

Event Costs and Lodging

REGISTRATION RATES AND DEADLINES:

Early Bird:    $375 by April 15

Regular:       $425 by July 15
Late/on-site: $475

Registration fees include all teaching sessions and a box lunch on Friday and Saturday. Participants are responsible for transportation to the hotel, lodging, and meals.

 

Additional fees:

 

Pre-Conference Session:  $25.00

Thursday morning offerings from 8:30 am - 12 noon.
